Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Active Treks Morocco.

Trip Balance

  • Full payment is required 90 days prior to departure.
  • If the booking is made within 90 days of departure, full payment must be completed within 30 days of booking.
  • During peak travel months (September, October, November, March, and April), full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
  • 80–90 days before departure: 50% refund minus the deposit.
  • Within 70 days of departure: No refund available.

Early Departure or Missed Services

No refunds will be issued for missed activities, unused accommodation, or early departure from the trip.

Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Notification

Cancellations are considered effective only when written notification is received by Active Treks Morocco.
