Active Treks Morocco is a trading name for the Morocco Mountain Guiding Company. We operate as a mountain and desert adventure guiding company, not a travel agency.
Booking & Payment Terms
- Securing Your Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation with Active Treks Morocco. Depending on the booking details, deposits may occasionally be required to be made via PayPal.

Trip Balance Deadlines:
- Standard Bookings: Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Late Bookings: If booked within 90 days of departure, full payment must be completed within 30 days of booking.
- Peak Season: During peak travel months (September, October, November, March, and April), full payment may be required immediately at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policies

Refund Tiers:
- More than 90 days before departure: Full refund (minus the deposit).
- 80 to 90 days before departure: 50% refund (minus the deposit).
- Within 70 days of departure: No refund available.

Important Details:
- Cancellations are only valid upon receipt of written notification.
- No refunds will be issued for missed activities, unused accommodations, or early departures.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel cancellation insurance.
