Deposit:
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with Active Treks Morocco . You acknowledge that the deposit is to be paid immediately at the time of booking to secure your place. Your deposit is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to any other departure date or trip in the future providing you request a transfer prior to 90 days from departure.
Except for the peak season months( September, October, November, March , April ) full payment needs to be in full on the date of booking
Trip Balance:
You agree to pay the outstanding balance, as detailed on your personal online booking page, plus any additional items no later than 90 days prior to the departure date of the trip. If you book your trip within 90 days of the departure date, the full balance (including any additional items) is required within 30 days of the booking date.
Cancellation:
In the event you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellations outside 90 days of departure: full refund, less transferable deposit. Within 80 Days prior departure 50% refund less transferable deposit.
Cancellations within 70 days of departure: full forfeit.
Any deposits not transferred to future trips are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
A cancellation or postponement will be effective when Active Treks Morocco receives notification of the cancellation or postponement. This cancellation policy includes voluntary or involuntary early departure from a trip. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services such as accommodation, activities or meals. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance that will cover cancellation fees at the time of booking.
