Imlil  to Ouirgane berber Villages High Atlas  Trek  in 3 Days   DAY1: DAY1: MARRAKECH –TAHNOUET- ASNI- IMLIL 1740M-REFUGE TOUBKAL 3207M (MARRAKECH TO IMLIL 65KM 1H30MN DRIVE) Departure from Marrakech early morning, towards the high Atlas Mountains via Tahnaouet (local market on Tuesdays), Valley Ghighaya, Moulay Brahim gorges, Asni (market on Saturdays) then between terraced fields of vegetables, fruit trees walnuts & cherries arrival to imlil 1740m meet the team guide, muleteer then start the trek between fields to climb Tizi Mzik pass 2680m, panoramic view over Imlil valley, Azaden Valley and the high Atlas Mountains over 4000m including Toubkal 4167m, then a nice walk through juniper forest up Tamsoulet lunch next to river, visit the highest waterfalls in the massif 100m hight, walk down to Tizi Oussem village, view on Azaden valley, meet local people, Overnight at Berber house in the village or in camp outside the village.   Overview : At 4,167m, Mount Toubkal (4167m) is the highest mountain in North Africa. The hike to the summit is challenging, but it requires no mountaineering experience and the panoramic view from he summit makes the hard work worthwhile. After the High Atlas Mountain range lays a mysterious, surreal and stunning landscape. This is the heart of old Morocco – the pre Sahara desert. It’s like stepping back in time into an all forgotten world; a world of fortified villages, Berber castles (Kasbahs) and abandoned Foreign Legion outposts.
